Arms Around Me

Impressively late Finnick and Annie art trade with from back in April! I can't believe how much school is taking over my life right now - only 3 more weeks, then I can draw as much as I want X3

Originally I sketched out a short comic with Finnick and Annie in, but it seems to have gotten lots amongst the bajillion other pictures saved on my laptop. (This is probably a sign I need to clean it up again!)

Anyway: In my head this is kinda set after Annie is rescued and taken back to District 13 in Mockingjay, hence why Finnick is in horrible grey clothes.
