TRANSFORMATION. 1

As part of the end of my assessment at Uni, I've re-created some of my earlier illustrations based on the theme 'Transformation'. I was pretty pleased with the first series, but seeing this and how much I've improved over the year, I'm much happier with this newer version.

The original version was meant to be more mysterious, as you have no idea why the character in the first image has marks on her back. And though they're not as focused on as in the original, I think the submissive pose and mystery identity of the woman adds more interest to the image for the audience to try and work out.

I decided that this newer series was going to be more scary than mysterious, more dangerous, more like rape...
